Bringing years of expertise in digital and broadcast leadership, Marilyn's work emphasizes teamwork and storytelling. Previously, she managed high-performing teams at WJXT in Jacksonville, Florida, ensuring seamless content flow across platforms and fostering audience engagement through innovative approaches. Her main goal is to create content that adds value, demonstrates commitment, delivers connection and audience growth.

Marilyn is passionate about smart storytelling, user-focused design, and making data-driven decisions that truly connect with audiences. She’s also led major brand redesigns and product launches, always keeping inclusion, localism, and journalistic excellence at the center of her work. Her career spans key roles at stations including WJAX/WFOX in Jacksonville, WFTV/WRDQ in Orlando, KIRO-TV in Seattle, WAGA-TV in Atlanta, and WKMG-TV in Orlando.
She’s also known for her collaborative leadership style, deep audience insight, and commitment to journalism that truly serves the community.
Marilyn earned a master's degree and bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Missouri. She grew up in Kansas City, Missouri, but now lives in Center City Philly with her Shiba Inu named Teddy.
